Description
The Netfloor ECO Series is a low-profile power and data cable management floor system, exclusively distributed in New Zealand by Focus Construction Group. Its flexible interlocking design creates fully accessible cable trenches, allowing easy installation and future reconfiguration while moving naturally with the building to eliminate squeaking. The result is a clean, quiet and adaptable flooring solution.
The ECO Series uses a simple yet effective design. A acoustic underlay is first laid, then recycled modular plastic floor tiles laid with steel cover plates to conceal cable raceways beneath, allowing power and data cabling to be installed, altered, or expanded at any time with no specialist tools or equipment required. Once cables are in place, the cover plates are installed/reinstated and covered with standard carpet tiles with a low tack adhesive.
The floor system is available in 40, 50, 60 & 70mm heights. 60mm high is stocked locally by Focus Construction Group for immediate supply, because this integrates with the floor boxes, but the other heights are available for import for projects with specific requirements.
The floor is quick to install and more cost effective than conventional pedestal floor systems. Its low profile means it can easily be retrofitted into existing office space without significant compromise to floor to ceiling heights. The floor can be walked on immediately after installation with no downtime.
The optional recessed floor box (250 x 220 x 60mm) features 3 x 10 amp power outlets (AS/NZS 3112 compliant) and comes standard punched for 6 x RJ45 outlets, with custom configurations available. Floor box locations can easily be decided on site, and relocated with ease within the system removing pressure from early stage design and ongoing changes.
