Focus Interiors was engaged as the Main Contractor to deliver the full refurbishment and re-roofing of Belmont Intermediate’s Art, Food Tech, and Music block.

Overview

Works included a full interior strip-out with asbestos removal, followed by new lighting, flooring, toilet refurbishments, Autex linings, and painting. The Food Tech rooms were prioritised and completed over the summer holidays, featuring custom stainless steel benching supplied in collaboration with Pacific Stainless. A full roof replacement was also carried out, including re-pitching in key areas and relocating on-roof services. Despite being delivered during both holidays and school terms, the project was completed on time and handed over in August 2024.
