Overview

Located at 71 Mayoral Drive, corner of Vincent Street, this project involved the transformation of the hotel’s main entrance to elevate both its functionality and guest experience. The works included a full upgrade of the existing porte cochère, featuring new architectural linings, bespoke timber batten elements, and a carefully considered lighting design to enhance both day and night-time arrival. The scope also extended to refreshed landscaping and a complete driveway resurfacing, delivering a cohesive and high-quality finish throughout. Designed to create a refined and welcoming first impression, the upgraded entrance aligns with the Grand Millennium Hotel’s vision, providing guests with a seamless, premium arrival experience.
