The West City Kia & Suzuki showroom in Westagte

Overview

The West City Kia & Suzuki project comprised the full design and construction of a new showroom, workshop, and car yard facility. The build features a striking double-height showroom housing sales, reception, and cafeteria spaces, along with a mezzanine level accommodating sales offices and meeting rooms. A double-height workshop with an additional mezzanine provides flexible, functional space for vehicle servicing and repairs. Delivered within a 26-week programme, the project required staged Building Consent applications to meet the client’s tight timeframes, successfully bringing their vision to life through careful planning and efficient construction management.
